Charitativní o.s. zdravotně postižených (o.s. občanské sdružení) vzniklo z důvodu postupného ukončování činnosti Sdružení zdravotně postižených v ČR, kde naše sdružení bylo samostatnou organizační jednotkou s dooznačením smíšená organizace Brno-východ.
Organizace fungovala do konce roku 2006. Od roku 2007 přebírá veškerou činnost Charitativní o.s. zdravotně postižených. Jsme tedy tradičním spolkem, svazem, sdružením lidí s handicapem, postižením, invaliditou. Vzhledem ke skutečnosti, že jsme smíšená organizace, nemohli jsme se jednoznačně připojit k některé specifické organizaci. Každé postižení je to nejdůležitější pro toho, kdo s ním musí žít a denně ho překonávat, potlačovat, uhýbat mu. Proto jsme se rozhodli jít vlastní cestou samostatného, „nezávislého“ občanského sdružení. Nezávislého, jen rozhodováním, vůlí ale jinak velmi závislého na Vaši pomoci a pomoci široké veřejnosti.

Charity civic association was created because of the gradual closure of the association
for disabled in the czech republic,where our group was a separate organizational unit with
a mixed organization Brno-East.Organization work by the end of 2006.
Since 2007 takes over all activities of charitable civic association disabled people.
We are thus association,u­nion,an association of people with disabilities,di­sability,inva­lidism.
The fact that we have a mixed oraganization,we were unable to clearly connect to a specific
oraganization.Every disability is the most important thing for those who must live with it every day and it to overcome,suppres­s,dodge.This is why we decided to go their own way of a separate,inde­pendent civic association only determining the will but not very dependent o your help and assistance to the general public.

Die Charitative bürgerliche Vereinigung der Behinderten entstand wegen der Beendigung der Tätigkeit dieser Vereinigung in Tschechien, wo sie eine selbständige Organisation und zwar als eine gemischte Organisation Brno – Ost bezeichnet war. Die Organisation funktionierte bis zum Ende des Jahres 2006. Seit 2007 übernimmt die gesamte Tätigkeit die Charitative Vereinigung der Behinderten. Wir sind also ein traditioneller Verein, ein Verband von Menschen mit einem Handicap, mit Behinderung und Invalidität. Weil wir eine gemischte Organisation sind, konnten wir uns nicht zu einer spezifischen Organisation angliedern. Jede Behinderung ist das wichtigste für den Invaliden der damit leben, sie täglich überwältigen, unterdrücken oder sie ausweichen muss. Deshalb haben wir uns entschlossen den Weg der selbständigen, „unabhängigen“ Vereinigung zu gehen Unabhängig nur durch Entscheidung, mit Willen, aber sonst sehr abhängig von Ihrer Hilfe und der Hilfe der ganzen Öffentlichkeit.
